Rollins International was incorporated in Delaware in 1054. Servicing more than 50,000 vehicles through some 270 facilities in the US and Canada, Rollins is the US's third largest commercial truck rental company (after Ryder and Penske). Its full-service leasing system, which accounts for the bulk of Rollins' sales, provides vehicles as well as maintenance, licensing, and insurance. Its short-term commercial rental offers the same services for customers experiencing increased business, peak seasonal demand, or emergencies. The company also provides maintenance services to third-party fleets. Rollins has swapped its logistics unit for UPS' commercial truck leasing operations.
