Heizer Corporation was founded in 1969 by E. F. Heizer, Jr. (whose printed signature appears on this certificate), an American Stock Exchange-listed business development company. Heizer served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1969 until 1986, when the corporation was reorganized into a number of public and private companies. Heizer went on to become a private venture capitalist. Prior to forming Heizer Corporation, Heizer was employed by Booz, Allen and Hamilton from 1958 to 1962, Kidder, Peabody & Co. from 1956 to 1958, and Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1954 to 1956. He serves on the advisory board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Executive Committee of Yale Law School.
